4. digest (v.): to change food in your stomach into substances that body can use

example sentence:

I ate so much food last night so I must digest for a long period.

5. willing (adj.): to be happy to do something if it is needed

 example sentence:
I'm willing to be the first volunteer if you need someone to help you.
